Developed by award winning holistic therapist Ziggie Bergman, the Zone Face Lift Treatment combines all the beneficial effects of facial reflexology with Gua Sha techniques and Japanese Facelift Massage to naturally lift the skin and contour the face.
A treatment begins with relaxation movements inspired by Indian Head Massage, followed by cleansing the skin using hot towels. All facial products used in Zone Face Lift treatments are vegan, cruelty free and sustainably sourced.
Each holistic treatment includes a full facial reflexology sequence which results in relaxation, improvement of internal health and wellbeing, with the added benefit of relaxing the entire body, not just the face.
Facial Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese anti-aging technique. Using a facial tool, we massage, smooth, and gently scrape the skin to release any stagnation, muscle tension and tightness being held within the face. It may reduce fine lines, tighten the skin, and speed up the elimination of congestion within the face, for example eye bags.
We hold our emotions in our face and this can result in tension within the facial muscles, Zone Face Lift Massage or Japanese facelift massage has its own unique therapeutic benefits combining the very best and most effective ancient and modern facelifting massage techniques and works by freeing constrictions within the muscles of the face and the connective tissue between the skin and muscles.
During a Zone Face Lift Treatment these massage techniques will have several different functions including encouraging lymphatic drainage which helps to detoxify, to lift and sculpt the facial contours, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles along with tightening any sagging at the neckline.

Zone Face Lift cannot be performed if you have recently had facial Botox, fillers, or any non-surgical face procedures. There must be a minimum of three weeks between the procedure and having Zone Face Lift.
If you have had any surgical facial procedures, you will be required to wait three months before having a Zone Face Lift Treatment to allow for healing to occur.
